A new kitchen, flooring, fireplace, and many other upgrades turned this project from house to home again. After working with interior designer, Design Studio 1127, LLC, the grail construction team went right to work. In the kitchen, we took out a wall which opened it up into the living area a bit more. We demolished the existing island and salvaged cabinets and other kitchen appliances necessary for the rebuild. After some electrical and plumbing upgrades and relocations, we installed the new island with accessories, which was also highlighted by new lighting. New tile flooring throughout the entire house gave way to a warmer feel, especially after a new fireplace along with some exquisite tiling was positioned near the family room. Our work also extended into the guest and main bathrooms with new light fixtures, shower tiling, glass shelving, a free standing tub, and other bathroom accessories.
