For this property remodel, we gutted the entire kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, updated the water bar, and raised the bar cabinets. We also installed floor heating pads and new flooring throughout the house. Newly updated light fixtures highlight all of the work. To finish it all, we painted the interior and exterior. The customer requested something contemporary, yet warm, because they usually entertain a lot of people. This lead to combining the kitchen and living space in an open room concept by taking out a wall. This also allowed for the addition of more cabinet space and some modern kitchen features, which included a wet bar, dishwasher, and a built-in wine cooler. In order to achieve a warm feeling throughout the house, we stuck to different shades of brown throughout the entire design. The countertops were replaced with matching granite stone for a uniform style and we surrounded the bar area with a stack-stone to give it a more friendly look with class.
