This project added A LOT to GracePointe Church‘s space. The new construction addition included nearly 2,000 square feet of new space and two new rooms per the layout were added and enhanced to be used as classrooms. Grail Construction framed out the new addition along with a TJI Roof System and also completed the new concrete foundation and footings. This addition required some blending to help it match the existing structure. Grail Construction used a stucco finish on the street facing outside as well as a new acoustical ceiling to match the existing building. To help keep the building and new addition cool during our hot summers, a new four ton HVAC system was installed. A new acoustical ceiling was required for the new building addition because music and worship will take place in this space. New electrical fixtures and lighting, carpet, insulation, drywall, and paint, wrapped this project up into an excellent new addition to which the church will be proud to call it’s own!
