For this Catalina Foothills Home remodel we faced a challenge. There was an immense amount of water damage throughout a majority of the house from roof rafters not connecting. The challenge was met with excellence as our team was able to fulfill our clients needs with a brand new kitchen and breakfast nook. New windows in the nook were specialized with a film so the homeowners could watch the birds in the morning and not scare them. We also completely updated the living room and Arizona Sunroom. New windows throughout the house will keep it more climate controlled as we also installed two new gas fireplaces in separate rooms.
